We had our water feature delivered 12 months ago.Initial problem with the sensor for the lights was resolved immediately, as you would expect.When the pump packed up when i reinstalled it after the winter I thought I would have to replace it myself.How impressed was I when I contacted Brian, who sent a replacement out on receipt of the faulty one and even reimbursed my postage costs. When i broke one of the glass light tubes he sent me a replacement, again very quickly and free of charge. The customer service provided by Karen and Brian is second to none. I can't recommend them highly enough!

On the offchance I sent and email to waterfeatures2u, explaining situation and problems. got a really great reply from Brian which was really helpful- answered the problem and gave other useful tips too. As a result I purchased a new pump and Brian gave me a waterproof adaptor free. Both arrived within 3 days of conversation and ordering. What a refreshing change to get great customer care.
